Head Padel Coach (Full-Time)

The Role

We are recruiting a Head Padel Coach to lead all coaching activity at launch. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on delivering excellent coaching, developing players, and leading the coaching team as the club grows.

Key Responsibilities

Coaching & Player Development

• Deliver private, group, and squad coaching sessions
• Coach beginners, intermediate, advanced, and junior players
• Create clear progression pathways for players
• Maintain high standards of coaching delivery 

Programme & Coaching Leadership

• Design and manage the club’s coaching programmes
• Deliver junior academies and adult coaching sessions
• Recruit, mentor, and support assistant and freelance coaches
• Set coaching standards and session structures
   

Club Presence

• Act as a visible on-court ambassador for Padel Power
• Build strong relationships with players and members
• Support community and junior coaching initiatives
   

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years padel coaching experience
• Recognised padel coaching qualification (LTA, FIP, or equivalent) 
• Strong technical and tactical understanding of padel 
• Experience coaching a wide range of ability levels 
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends

Bar & Café Supervisor (Full-Time / Part-Time)

The Role

We are recruiting a Bar & Café Supervisor to lead the day-to-day running of our bar and café at launch. This is a hands-on role focused on delivering excellent customer service, maintaining high standards, and creating a welcoming social environment for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily bar and café operations
• Open and close the bar in line with club schedules
• Prepare and serve coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages
• Lead shifts and support bar & café staff
• Manage stock levels, ordering, and deliveries
• Handle cashing up and basic reporting
• Maintain hygiene, health & safety, and licensing standards
• Support club events, leagues, and social activities
   

Requirements

• Previous bar or café supervisory experience
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Confident running shifts independently
• Organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
• Comfortable working evenings and weekends
   

Package

• Competitive hourly rate (dependent on experience)

Bar & Café Assistant (Full-Time / Part-Time)

The Role

We are recruiting friendly and reliable Bar & Café Assistants to support the day-to-day running of our bar and café. This is a customer-facing role focused on delivering great service and helping create a welcoming, social atmosphere for members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic beverages
• Take payments and operate the till system
• Keep the bar and café clean and well-presented
• Restock fridges, shelves, and bar areas
• Deliver friendly and professional customer service
• Support busy periods, leagues, and club events
   

Requirements

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work well as part of a team
• Willingness to learn (training provided)
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Previous bar or café experience helpful, but not essential
